ONE HEART, ONE MISSION
About One Lev
One Lev is an international worship ministry based in Israel, sharing faith, hope, and music with audiences around the world.
One heart. One mission. One Lev.
How It Began
One Lev Ministry was founded in 2016 by Lori Kate Lowenhar, her husband Ilan Gorny, and their dear friend Mikhail. From the very beginning the heart of the ministry has remained the same — to encourage faith, build unity, and share hope through music, testimony, and personal connection.
The name One Lev carries meaning in two languages. In Hebrew, Lev means "heart" and in Russian, Lev means "lion" — a reminder that this ministry exists to bring glory to the King of Kings, the Lion of Judah, through songs that inspire faith, hope, and unity.
Based in Israel, One Lev reflects the beauty of Jews and Arabs serving together with one heart, while helping connect the nations more deeply with Israel.
Through inspirational music, ministry updates, and personal stories, the team brings encouragement and strengthens faith wherever they go.
OUR MISSION
One Lev exists to encourage hearts and strengthen faith through inspirational and uplifting music, personal testimony, and ministry updates.
Our desire is to bring people together with one heart — uniting Jews and Arabs in faith — while helping connect the nations more deeply with Israel, so that people may experience hope, courage, and a deeper connection with God, especially during life's challenging seasons.
THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE MUSIC
Meet Ilan & Lori Kate
Ilan Gorny was born and raised in Haifa, Israel, the son of Romanian Holocaust survivors. A gifted drummer since his teenage years, Ilan brings powerful rhythm and a deep heart for worship to every gathering.
He co-founded One Lev with his wife Lori Kate in 2016 and leads the ministry from their home in the Galilee.
Lori Kate Lowenhar was born and raised in Elkhart, Indiana, in a home with a Jewish father and a Gentile mother. After earning a degree in music education from Cedarville University and serving two years with The Liberated Wailing Wall, she took a leap of faith in 1998 and became a dual citizen of Israel and the United States.
A multi-instrumentalist, speaker, and mother of four, she has called the Galilee home for 27 years and travels internationally as a worship leader and speaker.

THE MUSIC
The Sound of Israeli Worship
