Meet Nic Dysert—Our Newest One Lev Team Member
We're thrilled to introduce Nic Dysert, the newest member of the One Lev team! Nic is originally from Madrid, Spain, where he grew up as a missionary kid, and he's an outstanding piano composer.
He currently lives in Cedarville, Ohio, with his lovely wife, Maria. Nic has toured with One Lev three times in the U.S. and recently joined us in Switzerland for another worship tour.
From not knowing any Jewish music at all to now performing every song from memory—and even helping us compose new ones—Nic has been an incredible blessing to our ministry.
Our son, Allon, has also been playing bass guitar with us for the past two years, adding his own musical flavor and talent to the mix. It's wonderful to spend quality time with Allon as he lives in Indiana working and studying.
Something truly amazing happened at one of our recent worship events. The church, located way out in the countryside of North Carolina, hadn't used their piano in years but were so excited to have us come and lead worship. The problem was—the piano was completely out of tune.
Right before we were set to begin, Nic quickly looked up how to tune an old piano. Using nothing more than tissue paper to separate the strings, he carefully worked on it and somehow managed to get it back into tune. Honestly, it felt like a small miracle!
